Adding One-Off Payment Instructions

01 Log in to your Simple Rent Account

  • Access your account using your credentials.

02 Navigate to the Tenants Section

  • Click Tenants on the side menu.
  • Use the search bar to locate the tenant by their name or customer ID, then press Enter.

03 Add a One-Off Payment

  • Click Add Payment located on the lower right-hand side.

04 Complete the Payment Details

  • Fill in the required information.
  • Choose one of the following options:
    •       
      Preview Email: Send a receipt indicating the one-off payment has been made.
    •       
      Add Payment: Add the payment to the schedule without sending a receipt.

05 Confirmation

  • The one-off payment will appear on the debit schedule below.

06 Process Complete

  • You're Done!
